Running Calendar: I am training for the 6FT Track in March.
The last run for the year. I decided to get out early to beat the heat and make it a shorter run. So I ran around the Conder side of Tuggie Hill then past the sub station and on to the Theodore side to Tharwa Drive. Decided to do a sweep of the Calwell oval to see if Two Fruits was running his laps. He wasn't there so I ran home.
An assessment of the year would be that for my first year of competitive running it was a good year. Plenty of distance in my legs and several good events including the Canberra Marathon and Brindabella Classic.
I caught up with Two Fruits later in morning. As usual he provided some sound advice in terms of where I should be if I want to run 6FT Track.
