Injuries Suck

Running Calendar: I am training for the 6FT Track in March.

I can walk and do everything with my leg except run. When I do it tightens up. I'm not sure if it is strained, torn or if I have a runners hernia. There is no bruising, only tightness and it feels like I have a slight lump at the junction of the groin/ hamstring/ pelvis.

I'll let it go another day and then I may have to go to a Physio to get an official diagnosis. Then I will know what it is and I can plan around it.
