Running Calendar: I am training for the 6FT Track in March.
This is the first blog. I will be using this page as an online running log. At the moment I have a strain in my hamstring which has made running difficult. I am trying to take it easy but the temptation to go for a run is strong. I have been keeping my fitness up by walking. I hope I will only be out of action for another week at the most.
I should be starting to run hills. Walked Rob Roy yesterday and will make it a regular feature of my running week.
