A day for all to remember those who have given their lives in all conflicts. And that's exactly what I did as I ran this morning.
The rain has softened the tracks and they were perfect to run on - not too hard and not too soft. A nice run, only a few out and about.
I'm hoping to do a long flat run at pace tomorrow and all going well I'll put my entry in for GOR.
