It's been a case of keeping moving this week. No real pace though I did run on Thursday with a work mate who only has one pace, flat out!

This morning I ran a short, flat one with Two Fruits. We started from Molonglo and ran the base of Mt Ainslie. A nice run which will help to ease me back to slightly harder runs next week.
