I planned on running Saturday and Sunday but the rain put an end to those plans. So I finished painting the last of the rooms instead. Today I had to go for a run to clear my lungs of the paint fumes. Down to Pine Is., river track, dog yard and then home. Two minutes down the track and the heavens opened up anyway.

A slow run but speed is not the main factor. Running longer is more important at this stage of the game.

Good to get out and see what has been happening along the river track. Lots of wild flowers and the wombats have been putting in some overtime with a bit of heavy excavation.
