Nine weeks is a long time to be forced out of doing something that is a habit. I have been very good with my recovery and over the last two weeks have been doing my stretching and increasing loading up the injured leg religiously. So today in anticipation of a favorable physio visit next Tuesday I charged up the Garmin and went out on an 8km run around Tuggie hill. Not fast but it felt so good to be out running again.
I have no plans at the moment except keep recovering and building. SFT and a final run around the Cotter (if it looks like going under) are the most important things on my calendar.

Delighted to hear that you got out there today for a jog softshoeshuffle. Good on you! The only way is up! (or is it further?). Regardless, take it easy tomorrow, spread your come back runs out, and pace yourself.
Good to know you are returning, even if slowly. Plenty on but plenty of time.
Glad the wheels are back on (if only secured by two nuts on each).
I've already booked 2F for a Cotter 15 before it's too late.
