I went to the physio yesterday. Progress is going well. I can now start to add some running. Yay! The plan for the next three weeks is:
Week 1: Flat 8-10km runs. Every three days.
Week 2: 8-10km run with some hills.
Week 3: Start to increase the length of the run to 15km.
Tonight I ran the same run as Saturday. I ran it under lights because (it may be flawed) it forces me to run it slower than in the daylight.
