A Week to Go

A Races: Sri Chinmoy 24 (Jun), Canberra 100KM (Sep)
B Races: Canberra 50 (April), Centennial Park or Sixty4 (Aug), C2K Crewing (Dec)

A week out from my next race. A 50km road run. Should be an interesting thing. I've cut my running by half from last week and added an extra rest day. Next week I'll cut it by half again, shorten the length of anything I run and added in extra run days. Saturday I'll probably do a short trail walk just to keep my legs rolling over.

There is nothing else I can do. I'm hoping for a dry run but if it should rain it won't bother me too much as I have trained in it often enough.
When it's all done my focus will shift to a 24hr track run.

Have a good one! Heard that the 50 and marathon start together so you should have plenty of company to enjoy the new course.
