Running Calendar: Bogong to Hotham 2014

I've been back running for a few weeks. Probably still a little tiredness in my legs. It
showed up on the Saturday run up Mt Tennant. Otherwise it's a case of keep moving forward with the training and things will come good.

I've been watching the performances of some friends and using them for inspiration. One such friend has just run the 24hr in New Zealand. She has been out of action for a long while with injury but has worked through it and produced a 215km total. A truly outstanding performance that just goes to show that you should never throw in the towel.

I guess that's why I choose to mix with runners. They would never be content with sitting on their arse because they are always striving for a better time, a new distance or just something fun.
