It's official, I have 'great legs'. This unsolicited vote for my pins from a female runner who had 'great everything'. She passed Two Fruits and I as we made our way along Lady Denman Drive. There's still a bit of uncertainty to whom she was referring but I am sure she was looking at me. Haha!!
It's been a good running week. 5000km on Monday, Tuesday I had an exploratory run up Black Mtn in order get some more hills into my legs. I'll make this a staple for two or three days of the week. 
Yesterdays run was another epic. Hot and long, a real test of endurance. I've pulled up well today and will go out later for a very short recovery run. The weather is warming up so that's a good thing. Training in the heat will help to acclimatise for the conditions in early February.
