This week's total was a slight increase on previous weeks. Not bad considering I have had a strained Vastus Medialis. It's been slowing me down but not stopping my running altogether. Today's run was the Two Fruits Loop + Isaccs Ridge. A hot, slow run - but valuable time on feet. I drastically underestimated my hydration requirements - thank god for storm water drains, saved my bacon today.
It's time to start and ramp up the training. Visits to Mt Tennent, the Cotter and anywhere else with big hills needs to be on the menu.
