I'm well into my recovery and this morning's run to Pine Is, while a little bit slow, showed that things are almost back to normal. I will concentrate on getting my mileage back to over the 100km mark for the week.
I just added up my kms for June - aghhh only 366km as opposed to May which was 670km. Not nearly good enough.

Don't worry too much about distance, plenty there already. Cut back & increase speed. Shorter good quality tempo runs.
Your recovery week is my solid week ;) 366 ks would be a solid month too!
