Running Calendar: Gold Coast 100 - June, Tan 100 - Aug

I started the first phase of my preparation for Gold Coast 100 on Sunday. For the next four weeks I'll be doing higher volume running aimed at increasing my aerobic endurance. I've ramped up my weekday runs distance wise as much as I can.

My Saturday long runs over the next three weeks will be 45, 55 and 65k. That will give way to a three week strength phase that will be shorter distance but a lot more hills and some gym sessions. It's a plan and I'll see if it works.
