I've been bad and let my blogging go for far too long. By was of a catch up, I have been running but I have also had a few issues with my recovery. Muscle imbalances caused a mild dislocation of the knee last Monday. It happened just as I finished my 19k run. Not very pleasant and it did cause some concern.
Followed RICE for the rest of the day and Tuesday morning it felt ok so I tested it with a 10k run. A little dodgy but no reoccurence of the problem. Today's 16k run was sub 5k pace so it's all good. If I can get through the long run on Saturday then I'll put my entry in for Canberra Marathon.

Good luck tomorrow. You've recovered quickly. 5s is fast (well, for me it is!)
