I've spent the last week with some active recovery after Deep Space, oh and there was a birthday of note in there somewhere. Now I think I'm ready to start back.

I have added some races that interest me for the next few months. I may run some but not all of them as some dates clash.

I really want to have a crack at an 80 and 100km race in 2011.

No sadly :(. No scooter for me but a few running type presents. The most notable being a set of rollers from Trigger Point Australia. Hopefully I can get these niggles under control once and for all!
