The start of the long build up to Bush Capital. A Sunday run on Saturday and then I drove down to watch the Mountain Running Championships.
Today I ran with Two Fruits and Nick M. Start at the old Deeks road gate. Stromlo, Black Mountain, CSIRO, Glenloch, Cork Plantation, said gidday to the eagle and back to the start. A good run.
