With GOR done and dusted it's now time to move on to the next big run - Bush Capital 60km. A different type of run that will require lots of long runs. I will start and lengthen the weekday runs and stick with the Two Fruits Saturday program.
It's worked a treat so far with PBs at SFT and GOR -there must be something in it.

Can't argue with PBs, so keep going with it. The BC 60 will be a great challenge.
You may need a new coach to push the limits out a bit more. The BC60 will be a great event again. Be careful to recover properly before going to far towards the BC.
Belated congrats on you GOR 45km. Well done! I agree with Two Fruits. You may feel good a week after a long race but then the week after that you may feel flat. I'd take 3 weeks before ramping up the kms again.
