I haven't done much running this week. Monday and Tuesday I had sore heels, Wednesday was a short run and Thursday I worked late because I have today off. I am waiting to see if my Garmin gets here in time for tomorrows race. It's been over two weeks to replace a watch that was covered under warranty.
