Running Calendar: Bogong to Hotham 2014

With just over two weeks until Bogong to Hotham I really need to find some form. While I can get the long runs done there is no balance in my running. And there is certainly no speed. Yesterday I ran the usual Boxing Day run over Mt Rob Roy. I got dropped off the back of the pack due to lack of speed. Pretty embarrassing really.
Bogong is going to be really tough. I will have to run the race really smartly if I am going to get to the halfway under the cutoff.

I reckon ease back now. You've done all you can do in prep for B2H. As they say - a good taper doesn't guarantee you a good race but a bad taper may well guarantee you a bad race. Go well :)
