Running Calendar: Canberra Centenary 100

It's been a good week of running. Some decent distances through the week and then a good run yesterday. I ran the first leg of the Canberra Centenary 100 to go over the route. Regatta point to the car park at the back of Mt Taylor. Taking in the peaks of Red Hill, Davidson Hill, Isaccs Ridge , Farrer Ridge and Mt Taylor. Suitably difficult but run it well and it will set up the rest of the race.
