The second week of recovery is done. While the first week was about getting over the general tiredness this week has been about getting back to consistency and stringing six days together. Distance and pace have not been a factor. From tomorrow I will start Week 1 of the build up. The focus will be to get a weekly total of 100km and then build from there.
My job has meant a change in running time so I have been running from work but first thing in the morning. A little different but I have been enjoying some crisp clear days. I hope they stick around until after the Federal Budget in May then I'm back to my old job.
