Average Pace: N/A
Weekly Total: 19:22
Monthly Total: 275:53
Yearly Total: 3744:39
Running Calendar:  Altra Centennial Park 100

My recovery has been a bit slower that I am normally used to. I tried something new by taking a full week off after the Tan run. I thought that my legs would be right after that and that the blister on my foot would be fully healed. My legs are still a bit slow and that showed with my run yesterday with Two Fruits. The blister is still there but has now dried out. Today's run was much better. I'm hoping to get a full week of runs on the board and then I'll know I can move forward. I need to get running with the Altra centennial Park 100 three and a bit weeks away.

How do your previous Centennial Park 100km and Tan 100km results from the past compare to each other Softshoeshuffle? Which do you reckon is easier or harder?

Centennial Park was harder. It was my first 100k, the conditions were hot and humid and I was experimenting with fuelling as I had not done it before. The track was also a bit bumpier in places.
I've been lucky to run the Tan twice with good weather which really has taken out one of the elements that would make it tougher.

Having said all that I am really looking forward to CP this year and hopefully posting a good time.
