I've been running with discomfort since before the 12hr. It doesn't stop me running but makes the runs a bit slower and a lot less more enjoyable. I went back to doing my physio exercises mid week and low an behold I cranked out three faster runs without any discomfort.
So it's good to finally find the secret to getting this under some sort of control.
I ran a similar run to last week with Two Fruits except in reverse. A terrific morning for a run.

That's good to hear. Physio exercises are a bit like a course of antibiotics - you need to take 'em all.
