Yesterday was the last long run in preparation to the 12 Hr. I ran a long version of the Two Fruits Loop with Two Fruits. Plenty of hills to keep us both busy.
Today I resisted the urge to run and rested instead and I did venture over to Stromlo to have a look at the track.
A nice smooth surface that should see some big totals by those at the pointy end of the field.
