It's been a while since I have posted here. I've had issues with my knees caused by tight ITBs. The upshot is that I ended up tearing a tendon in my knee. So physio work aimed at getting my glutes, VMO and ITBs to all pay happily together.
Yesterday I got out for my first run. 18km of trails. My leg coped well and today I don't have any issues. So I keep doing the multitude of exercises I have been given and build up my running until I am back to the usual weekly total.

Wondered what had happened to you. Good to see you're tougher than all those women Steve has trained to breaking point ;)
