Half A Plan

Run Distance: Sun 19:33, Mon 16:40, Wed 16:55, Thu 16:51, Fri 16:44, Sat 31:24, Sun 19:28
Average Pace: N/A
Weekly Total: 19:28
Monthly Total: 177:82
Yearly Total: 3722:25
Running Calendar: Three Peaks, Deep Space, Tour de Mountain, Narabeen Allnighter, Stromlo 12HR

A good run with Two Fruits and Nick M on Saturday. Slowly and surely the long runs are getting longer.
I have half a plan for what I'm targeting next. The shorter runs are listed above but I have also been looking at the Moe 6HR.
Next year I would like to think I can get the 12HR and 100 Miler off my bucket list. The 12HR will be either Narabeen or Stromlo at the beginning of the year and 100 Miler would most likely be Glasshouse next September.
There's a bit of work to do to get there but I've got a few years under my belt of planning, training and getting the job done.

My best running years are still ahead of me.

The best years are always ahead of us! Learn how to navigate using the Garmin for Glasshouse ;)

No need at Glasshouse, probably the best marked 100 mile course in Aust.

Planning on Glasshouse 100 mile in Sept should change your first half plan around.
Really should consider the 50 mile in May at Glasshouse, 3 am start, torch light running the same trails in the dark as in Sept.
Any finish under 10 hours in May would be around 24-26 hours in Sept. Plus Cookies Hill at the 60 km mark in May is a beauty.
